DenialFight does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or use sensitive information for unrelated purposes.

1. Available requests

  • Access or know the personal information associated with you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete information, subject to lawful exceptions.
  • Receive a portable copy where applicable.
  • Withdraw consent or restrict/object to certain processing.
  • Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling.
  • Limit specified uses of sensitive personal information.
  • Appeal a request decision.

2. Submit a request

Email privacy@denialfight.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” State your jurisdiction and requested action. Do not send an identity document or sensitive claim file in the first email. We will ask only for information reasonably needed to verify the request.

3. Authorized agents

An authorized agent may submit a request where law permits. The agent should identify the consumer and provide signed authority or other legally sufficient proof. We may confirm authority directly with the consumer unless prohibited.

4. Timing and verification

We respond within the period required by applicable law and may extend where permitted after notice. If identity cannot be reasonably verified, we will explain the limitation. Opt-out requests do not require account creation and will not be subjected to unnecessary verification.

5. Global Privacy Control

A recognized GPC signal is honored as an opt-out where legally required. The current Service does not sell/share data or run behavioral advertising. GPC does not disable necessary first-party server access, security and funnel logging.

6. Appeals and complaints

If we deny a request, reply with “Appeal” and explain the concern. We will provide an appeal result and, where required, regulator contact information. You may complain to a state attorney general, the California Privacy Protection Agency, an EU/EEA supervisory authority, the UK ICO or another competent authority.

7. Non-discrimination

We will not unlawfully discriminate because you exercised a privacy right. A difference reasonably related to the value or functionality of data may be permitted by law, but DenialFight does not currently offer a financial incentive for personal information.

8. Cookie controls

Use the button below to reopen consent settings. Browser controls can also delete local storage and cookies.
