Access for people with disabilities

Accessibility Statement

Accessibility goals, supported features, known limits and contact process for the U.S.-market DenialFight service.

We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA and continuously test keyboard, screen-reader, contrast, zoom and responsive behavior. Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time certification.

1. Our commitment

DenialFight seeks to provide substantially equivalent access to information and self-service tools for people with disabilities. We design for semantic structure, keyboard operation, visible focus, meaningful labels, sufficient contrast, responsive reflow and reduced motion.

2. Supported features

  • Skip links and landmark regions.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation, buttons, forms, accordions and dialogs.
  • Associated form labels and announced validation errors.
  • Text resizing and responsive layouts without intentional horizontal scrolling.
  • Reduced-motion support for users who request it.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful non-text content and decorative-icon treatment.
  • Plain-language explanations and contact alternatives.

3. Documents

Generated or uploaded PDF and Word documents may have accessibility limitations depending on the source. Contact support@denialfight.com for a reasonable alternative format of DenialFight-created content. We cannot remediate a third party’s document but will try to provide equivalent instructions.

4. English content and assistive technology

The Service is available only in English. Compatibility with screen readers and other assistive technology varies by browser, device and operating system. Contact us if labels, reading order or controls create an access barrier.

5. Known limitations

Scanned documents without text layers, external insurer sites and complex generated tables may not be fully accessible. We prioritize barriers that prevent completing the core workflow.

6. Feedback and accommodation

Email accessibility@denialfight.com with the page URL, the barrier, assistive technology and preferred response method. Do not include sensitive claim data unless requested through a secure channel. We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days.

7. Testing

Testing includes automated checks and manual keyboard/browser review at common mobile and desktop widths. Automated testing cannot identify every barrier. Production releases should be reviewed periodically with assistive technologies and, where feasible, users with disabilities.

8. Date

Statement issued and last reviewed July 31, 2026.
