DenialFight is self-service document software. It is not a solicitor, claims-management company, insurer or Financial Ombudsman Service representative.

1. Service and eligibility

Applies to the UK service at /uk/ and /uk/review/. It does not govern an insurer, broker, regulator, payment provider or external site.

DenialFight is self-service document software. It is not a solicitor, claims-management company, insurer or Financial Ombudsman Service representative.

The service is for adults acting for themselves or with lawful authority for another person.

2. User responsibilities

  • Provide only information you may lawfully use.
  • Review every fact, citation, destination and deadline before submission.
  • Do not upload unnecessary credentials, complete payment-card data or unrelated third-party records.
  • Do not present an AI-generated draft as advice from a lawyer or authority.

3. Digital package and price

Before paid digital content is supplied immediately, the checkout asks for an express request for immediate supply and an acknowledgement that the cancellation right is lost once supply begins.

4. Cancellation, withdrawal and statutory remedies

This does not remove statutory remedies for digital content that is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

5. Insurance complaint route

Complain to the insurer first. For most eligible complaints the firm normally has up to eight weeks to issue a final response; check the final response for FOS eligibility and its stated referral limit.
